Pricing and Process

We price projects based on scope, materials, and site conditions — not flat-rate packages. This approach ensures accurate pricing and avoids surprises once work begins.

Custom Handiworks does not use menu pricing or fixed service tiers. Each project is scoped individually to account for materials, access, complexity, and execution requirements.

For most work, pricing is provided after an on-site assessment so the scope and plan are clearly defined before scheduling begins.

On-Site Assessment & Project Pricing

How Pricing Works

Most projects begin with an on-site assessment. This allows us to review the work in person, discuss goals, evaluate materials and conditions, and define scope before pricing.

On-Site Assessment Fee: $50

If you approve a project totaling $200 or more, the assessment fee is applied to your invoice.

This process helps ensure pricing is accurate and the work is completed correctly the first time.

Final pricing depends on several factors, including:

– Scope and complexity of the work
– Materials required
– Site conditions and access
– Time required for proper execution

Because of these variables, pricing is provided after the on-site assessment.
